Two rival factions of the NURTW clashed violently today in Obalende lagos state.
Witnesses report gunshots and violence forcing residents and bystanders to flee in terror.
The situation has been neutralised and peace has returned but they have been reports of several injured and feared dead.
Several questions remain unanswered including the cause of the clash, names of the members who incited the violence, the actual number of injured and dead people, and why it took the forces so long to intervene.
