Plateau has beaten Lagos by recording the highest number of cases according to the statistics released for 16th August 2020 by the NCDC.
Plateau recorded 108 cases, Kaduna 49, Lagos 47, Ogun 18, Osun17 and FCT 15.
Akwa Ibom and CrossRiver have 4 cases each,Bauchi, Kano and Rivers 1 case.
The total number of cases recorded so far is 49068, 36497 have been discharged while 975 persons have died.
