Chinese Embassy Condems Rumours of Shooting Coronavirus Victims_Ada Nkong

The Chinese embassy in Nigeria has described stories suggesting that a court was approached for permission to shoot Coronavirus patients as evil.

A statement signed by Raphael Oni on behalf of Diplomatic Correspondents says the embassy had written in response to enquiries from DICCAN on the subject.

According to the statement, the response reads in part” “an official from the Chinese Embassy, through an informal response said: Every single word of this message is fake. I feel sorry for the person who fabricated this fake news because that person is evil and ill intentioned, and the lie that person created is worse than the virus itself. The Chinese government always puts people’s life and health as its top priority. China is working at its best to contain the virus, not only for China, but for all the human being. It is immoral and despicable to slander and backstab by fabricating such ridiculous fake message. One who believes in such nonsense should also reflect on one’s ignorance.”
