Miss Ajayi Omolola, the Nigerian girl who cried out for help in a viral video, who was trafficked to Lebanon has been rescued.
NIDCOM through It’s Media and public relations officer Gab Odu says the Governor of Kwara state, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has been in close contact with the Head, Nigerian Diaspora Commission, Abike Dabiri Erewa who disclosed through her twitter handle today .
Her tweet says the young lady is in safe hands at the Nigeria’s consular office in Beirut.
“Kwara state government through the relentless efforts of the Governor will work out modalities in an effort to reunite the victim with her family in Kwara”.
