West ham manager says he can provide growth and stability for the club if he is given enough time to lead it.
The 56 year old Scottish professional football coach stated that it wasn’t possible to move from the position that the club is in to to an European or champions league place overnight but it was possible with stability and a manager with a genuine interest in growing the team.
He asserted his ability and willingness to dedicate his efforts to building the team if he was given a chance .
West ham re appointed moyes as manager on an 18 month deal , following the sack of Manuel Pelegrín in December .
He has since overseen wins against Bournemouth in the Premier League and Gillingham in the FA Cup.
Moyes stated that although the squad is stronger now than when he first left in 2018 the team needed a winning spirit and shouldn’t be content with playing well and winning just once every four or five games.
West ham defender Arthur Masuaku spoke glowingly about the return of Moyes and how it transformed the morale of the club.
The defender stated that Moyes was a positive influence on the team and a very good manager
“when he left I was quite sad to be honest but now that he is back the mood has changed completely. Everyone looks happy, everyone is smiling and enjoying training”
Arthur also stated that he felt it was possible for the team to finish top six in the season.
