Modey attributed his outstanding performance as executive secretary local government education authority which earned him awards in 2015-2016 and again in 2018-2019 to his study and continuous quest for knowledge.
Delivering a paper on Effective Negotiation,Persuasion and Critical Thinking: The Professional Negotiator , Barrister Oluseyi Amose harped on the need for managers to build strong interpersonal relationships which they can leverage on to enhance performance.
Commenting on mentorship, Frank Modey said Governor Ben Ayade’s drive to restore quality education in Cross River state via recruiting qualified teaching staff, personnel audit and fighting examination malpractices inspired him to do more in performing his role.
He also lauded Mrs Aniedi Basset Ekpenyong and Dr Ogboaja for effective monitoring and supervision of teaching and learning activities at the grass root which has greatly impacted education in Cross River State.
Modey commended the Cross River SUBEB Chairman, Dr. Stephen Adi Odey who according to him is ” a tireless and goal oriented chairman of well repute whose practicality and infrastructural development improved greatly the level of productivity and efficiency.
